Lukaria Concept/fan art

Behold, 's awesome-sauce Character, Lukaria! It's kind of hard to figure out the layout of her colors, but I think I got the color scheme down.... I think. ( I might be doing some tweaking on the colors, and yes, she is wearing welding gloves ^^')

So as some of you know, I have a few cameo appearances/mentions of other people Moc's in my new comic Hunters ans Hunted and of course I always ask first, and this is kind of my way of asking. May I please use your MOc in a few of my chapters?
